EQ Acquires Terra First, Inc. in Alabama
New Alabama Facility Expands EQ Capabilities in the South
Wayne, Mich. - EQ - The Environmental Quality Company today announced that the company has acquired Terra First, Inc., a hazardous waste treatment, storage and disposal facility (TSDF) in Vernon, Alabama. With the addition of this new facility, EQ now operates 28 recycling, treatment, disposal and service facilities throughout the United States, and manages an extensive line of remediation, industrial cleaning, emergency response and total waste management services nationwide. The facility will be named EQ Alabama.

"We look forward to utilizing this facility to service our existing customers and new customers."
EQ Alabama will provide:
Hazardous and non-hazardous waste transportation and disposal;
Acceptance of most hazardous waste codes;
Continued service to the wood preserving industry;
Industrial cleaning and maintenance services;
Emergency response; and
Lab packing and small quantity chemical management services.
