American Ecology Declares $0.15 Per Share Quarterly Dividend
American Ecology Corporation (Nasdaq: ECOL) today announced that stockholders of record on January 11, 2008 will receive a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share, payable on January 18, 2008.
At September 30, 2007, the Company reported 18.3 million shares outstanding and $11.3 million in cash and short-term investments on hand. The Company estimates that approximately $2.7 million in cash will be paid out for the declared quarterly dividend.
