Philadelphia based RecycleBank LLC named Matthew Tucker as its president. RecycleBank develops partnerships between communities and retailers to give people a financial incentive to recycle. Tucker was part of the original management team at LendingTree LLC and more recently served as CEO of Rely Software. His appointment at Recyclebank signals the company's bold expansion plans.
"It's an exciting time to be at RecycleBank as the company is experiencing rapid expansion across the country," Tucker said. "I am hopeful that my experience in bringing high-growth companies to market will play a large part in driving the company forward."
RecycleBank's rewards program increases residential curbside recycling participation by measuring the amount of material homes recycle and converting that activity into reward dollars residents can use at hundreds of local and national business partners.
