Casella Waste Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CWST) disclosed that its audit committee has dismissed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the company's independent auditor.
In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the company did not give a reason for the dismissal, but it did say that it had no disagreements with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Casella Waste said that it has hired Vitale, Caturano & Co. to serve as the company's new public accounting firm.
