U.S. Microbics Inc. (OTC: BUGS) is expanding its marketing and business development efforts in Mexico using its patented in-situ and ex-situ cleanup technologies. Mexico's state-owned oil monopoly Petroleos Mexicanos has announced that it expects to spend up to $3 billion to fix environmental problems at its facilities and pipelines. The BUGS technology used by U.S. Microbics' subsidiary Sub-Surface Waste Management has already been put into use at an existing $1 million project in Mexico.
