WCA Waste Corporation (Nasdaq: WCAA) has acquired Rural Disposal, Inc. of Willow Springs, Missouri serving approximately 2,300 customers. All of the waste will be internalized into the WCA-owned Black Oak Landfill. WCA Waste Corporation's operations include fourteen landfills, twelve transfer stations and nineteen collection operations located throughout the Southeast.
