Insituform Technologies, Inc. (www.insituform.com) (Nasdaq: INSU) has named Thomas W. Vaughn, formerly chief operating officer of Williams Group International, to the position of senior vice president and chief operating officer.
Oakleaf Waste Management (www.oakleafwastemgmt.com) has appointed Kevin E. Gage to the newly-created position of Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Oakleaf, Gage served as Managing Director of Nightingale and Associates, a business and financial consulting firm.
