Waste Management Inc. (NYSE: WMI) has named Richard T. Felago Senior Vice President of Business Development and Corporate Strategy, and James E. Trevathan Senior Vice President of its Eastern Group. Felago will be responsible for leading the company's overall business development efforts and key corporate strategy initiatives, while Trevathan will be responsible for the company's operations serving much of the Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic United States.
