EarthShell Corporation (OTCBB: ERTH), creators of environmentally-influenced food service packaging, has signed a licensing agreement with Meridian Business Solutions of Tiburon, Calif. MBS now has an exclusive license to manufacture and sell EarthShell plates, bowls, and trays in the United States. EarthShell will receive a technology fee of $2 million, plus royalties based on sales.
