Waste Industries USA, Inc. (Nasdaq: WWIN) has announced the acquisition of two companies in North and South Carolina. The first, M & M Sanitation, is a tuck-in to its Easley, South Carolina operation. The second, County Garbage, Inc. of Alamance County, North Carolina, is a tuck-in to existing operations in Graham, North Carolina.
