Gundle/SLT Environmental has reached an agreement in principle to settle three class action lawsuits filed in January 2004 in the Delaware Court of Chancery. The suits charged that Gundle/SLT's board acted improperly by authorizing the merger of GSE with a subsidiary of Code Hennessy & Simmons IV LP. Gundle/SLT has agreed to pay the plaintiffs' attorneys' fees and expenses up to $330,000, subject to court approval.
