Arcadis (NASDAQ: ARCAF) has announced that Dennis Kamber has joined the firm as the corporate Water and Waste Business Practice Director for the United States. Kamber will oversee Arcardis' expanding domestic water and waste practice, and will be based in Baltimore, Maryland. Kamber is a civil engineering graduate from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University where he currently chairs the College of Engineering Advisory Board. Arcadis is a global service provider in the fields of infrastructure, buildings, environment and communications.
