McClain Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq: MCCL), a manufacturer of solid waste handling and transportation equipment, has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission a Certification and Notice of Termination of Registration. As a result of the termination, the company will delist its shares from the Nasdaq SmallCap market. The company also announced that Ronald Briggs, Raymond Elliott and Walter Kirchberger each resigned as directors of the company.
