Gundle/SLT Environmental, Inc. has announced the appointment of Kelvin R. Collard to the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Collard succeeds Roger J. Klatt, who is retiring effective March 3, 2005 after serving as Executive Vice President and CFO of GSE since 1994. Prior to joining GSE, Collard served as CFO of the American Bureau of Shipping's for-profit subsidiary, ABS Group, since 2002.
