The Rechargeable Battery Recycling Corporation has announced its Canadian collection data for 2004, reporting the collection of more than 330 thousand pounds of rechargeable batteries in Canada, an increase of 31 percent from 2003. RBRC now has 6,145 dropoff facilities for used rechargeable batteries and cell phone recycling throughout Canada.
